  Excellent service and amazing communication. The crew of 3 worked really hard in this heat and barely stopped moving the entire day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone I know and my neighbor stopped by mid move and is hiring them to move in 2 weeks also. Great job!

  The way one of their representatives spoke about this company I expected so much more, practically white glove service. They ended up being sub par like most movers I've hired and they charge too much for their service. I moved 30 mins away & paid almost as much as it cost to move from NY to FL! I also left the pick up location 20 mins after the guys and I still reached the destination 10 mins before them, it was probably an extra half hour I shouldn't have been charged for. There were 3 guys who showed up, they were all nice. They started off strong/fast moving me out of my place but they definitely dragged the process out at the destination location. A 1 bedroom move shouldn't have taken 5.25 hours. I've moved enough to know this. When they were moving my adjustable frame they scraped/dented the wall. They weren't going to say anything but I went into the bedroom to look around and that's when they apologized and offered to tell their boss and fix it with some puddy they had on the truck. They also got several dirt marks on 2 of my couch cushions because they didn't use anything to cover them. I know if they respond to this, they will say that's my responsibility but for the price I was paying they should've offered more. Once I pointed out the dirt marks, 2 of the guys disappeared for a good 15 mins. They had my stuff lined up in the hallway ready to be brought into the apartment but I don't know where they went while the 3rd guy was trying to put my bed frame together by himself. When it came time to pay, the only communication I received was via text and the guys stood around me waiting for me to pay which made it awkward & uncomfortable to figure out what I wanted to tip them. I never even received an apology from the owner for the damage of the wall at the first place but in the beginning they were quick to text & let me know if I let the movers take the glass top to my table I'm liable if it breaks. Your job had stairs on one end, elevators with a long carry on the other end plus a drive from ******** to St. ****. If you were moving closer and didn't have these obstacles, your job would have been a 3 hour job or less.  

  
  

  We emailed you at 9:47AM with the email below as soon as we saw this BBB notification on 6/4. You opened the email immediately. We also called you and left you a voicemail the following day. We never heard back from you nor did mention any issues when we were talking to you post job, collecting your card payment.

  I had *****, ***** and ***** do my move yesterday. They were nothing but amazing! friendly, fun accommodating and cared. They made my stressful move a breeze! Highly recommend them.

  To sum up the entire experience in one word? WOW. My wife and I used Big Man's Moving Company on 1/25/25 and after moving about 8 or 9 times in the 11 years we have been together, this was the first time we have used professional movers. It was a big move for us too because we were moving from ************** to ********. After calling several different companies, this was the first one that didn't sound like they were trying to be super sales-pitchy and they were very happy to answer all of our questions as they came. We had ******* ******** and **** moving us and honestly, it felt more like friends helping us move than a company. They were all very friendly, very understanding my anxious questions, and worked quickly and carefully. We expected things to get damaged (we have cheap furniture lol) but have found nothing to be out of sorts. I feel like we were truly spoiled with how well they conducted themselves and I can guarantee that if we need anything moved from here on out, we will be using Big Man's Moving Company. Especially if we can get the same team again lol. Would give a 10 out of 5 stars if I was able.

  I hired this company to move my elderly father from his ranch home to an assisted living facility. They helped coordinate so much of this move which made my life so much easier. When the movers arrived, we were impressed they were all in uniform and very polite and didn't smell like smoke. Past moving companies I have used always fit that stereotype and Big Mans didn't. I would highly recommend them to anyone trying to move. Items were protected and they were very polite with my old stubborn dad :)

  Big Man's Moving moved us from ******** to ************ and did a great job.We were downsizing from our 4 bedroom house to a 3 bedroom townhouse. The team of 3 protected every piece of furniture and they were very details. I was very impressed with how professional they were and they didn't leave any trash behind at either home. Great job!

  Big Man's Moving exceeded my expectations! Moving from Orlando to Tampa with 2 trucks and 6 movers can be stressful, but they made it a breeze. The team arrived right on time, communicated effectively throughout the process, and their staff was professional and clean-cut. Not only did they finish the job well within budget, but their efficiency was remarkable. I highly recommend them for any moving needs!

  What a great experience from start to finish. This is the first time I have hired a moving company, prior I would have friends help. ********** in the office picked up when I called and was very professional and helpful guiding me through this new process. I couldn't believe how many other companies I called never picked up the phone or called me back or followed up. **** had pricing sent over to me within 15 minutes of our conversation and followed up the next morning. The process and professionalism is why I hired Big Man's. The movers delivered ************** and completed it within the timeframe we had thought, right on budget. A+ nothing was damaged and I am very thankful I selected them. - *****
