      Dont you dare buy anything from this scam save the trouble and the money and add a little more and buy something thats good because this is like taking and burning money for nothing

      11/20/22 I ordered the Grab It. 11/15/22 received manged Grab It which wasn't good for anything. Sent pictures on 11/16. 11/29 sent note saying hadn't heard anything about my order. 12/10 got replacement which must be the first version because did not include newest improvements. Sent note back saying was not happy with replacement. I wanted the one I ordered. 12/12/22 received note saying this one was also very convenient and if she sent a $10.00 refund would I be OK with that.I sent a note back saying NO, I want the one I ordered or a complete refund. It was not an acceptable replacement.Have not heard from anyone since. They still sell the product so why can't they send me the one I ordered?
