    I ordered a set of sheets from this company, for a Christmas gift. Within a few days of receiving the sheets, there was a sale for 25% off. I contacted the company to see if they would reimburse me the differenced between what I paid and the sale price. Other companies that I have dealt with have honored my request in the same situation. Or, they already have a policy where, if an item goes on sale within a certain time period after purchase, they will reimburse the difference.This company refused my request. I hope the sheets are decent quality, so we don't have to deal with them again. I will not buy from this company again.I find it interesting that all the reviews on their own site all give them 5 stars.

    Very poor company to deal with off Amazon. They have low quality bedsheets, absolutely zero elastic on "fitted" sheet. Doesn't stay on at all. Company not willing to work with customer at all. Incredible that there are shady companies out here stealing people's hard earned $$. I hope this message gets to at least one person who is saved. *********
