    As part of the closing on our home, the Seller ordered the *** documents via HomeWiseDocs a subsidiary. The link to the documents was provided to meet the legal obligation for the sale. I have always had access to these documents via the order L5349BR7L. Now the company is stating tat I can no longer access the information and need to reorder for hundreds of dollars. I would liek access to my *** documents that were already paid for in the closing.

    On June 11, 2023 I went to pay my ******* Electric bill on Bill2Pay and because the website was not showing any confirmation of my payment, ended up hitting submit 4 times resulting in 4 charges. When I called to get the charges reversed or cancelled, I was routed from ******* Electric to Bill2Pay then routed back to ******* Electric and told they aware their system lags and to only hit once. That's all well and good for next time, but to get my money back, I have to wait 2-3 weeks for a check for my refund. This is unacceptable for a error on their end. The excess charges were almost $300!They stated they have to "fix" the issue within 24 hours (which it had only been about 12). I had tried to call right when the issue happened, but because I was paying on a Sunday, they were not open. Basically no one I spoke to cared or had any good solution besides we'll send you a check in 2 to 3 weeks.
