    Was having mice problems and this company said they would help. Well they didn't. I paid them to get rid of the problem. They stopped up several holes still didn't resolve the problem. I got frustrated seeing them coming every week still having mice problems. After several months with this problem I reach out to another company problem resolved. Now I'm calling they not answering my phone calls. And they didn't give me a receipt. I just want some of my money back.

    I have had the opposite experience with Pestwise, LLC. They were prompt, clean, and did work at fair price. We have used them twice. Once for exterior traps for raccoons and opossum and again when we found rat f**** in the attic. They performed a complete restoration of the attic, including removal of our old cellulose insulation contaminated by rat feces, disinfecting entire attic, repairing ducts where rats chewed into them, closing all intrusion points, and installing R-38 Green friendly insulation treated with borax and fire ******ant.

    I was royally ripped off! I paid $500 for a twist tie and a few pieces of metal screen to prevent wildlife from entering my attic in two places plus 3 traps dropped off but they will not be picked up. It took the tech about 15 minutes to complete the work after the estimate. I could have opted to have the traps picked up for another $250.I would be happy to share photos of the finished product; so shameful. PESTWISE does not appear to be a company that is working to build a relationship with its customers by charging reasonable prices and providing high quality work.
