    Business Response

    Date: 01/10/2025

    So sorry about this confusion.

Here's what I believe must have happened.

First off, to clarify, I am a Sales Associate of Stonebridge Real Estate and am not the Broker.

This  address in question is in my parents' neighborhood and is one of a few neighborhoods I send flyers to sometimes via mail. I created a spreadsheet with all the addresses in the neighborhood (about 80) and printed them each off on address sticky tabs.

Separately, I created tabs with our own address to use as the return address. I must have accidentally put one sticky tab from the subject addresses page on this envelope, in the return address position, instead of from the page that has all duplicates of my own address.

No one else in this neighborhood could have received the same envelope with this other address as the return address, since their address would have only been printed one time on the sheet from which these sticky tabs were used.

I do apologize for any confusion or upset this caused to the person who got this letter or the person whose address was erroneously put, one time, as the return address.

I hope that this clears this confusion up. I would be happy to speak to the person who sent the complaint, so that I may apologize for the mistake personally.

Let me know what else I can do to remedy this.

    Sincerely

    Ben M*****
