    This website is a scam. We ordered the chandelier on March 19 2023 and we still did not get any response from them. We contacted the credit card  fraud department and hope to return our money $ 756.00. These guys are criminals.

    We are sorry for the delay on this customers order. The chandelier that the customer ordered is hand made from original cast brass parts from *****. Unfortunately, some of the parts are delayed from the suppliers. We have no control over these delays. We sell thousands of chandeliers a year and once in a while we do get delays for some parts. We have explained it to the customer previously. If he did not want to wait, all he had to do is ask for a refund and we would have gladly refunded his deposit.

    This is the scame again. I tried to contact the customer service of the company , but there was no response and clear answer. Please send a refund certified check from the bank, because I don't trust this sheddy company. Because of that I have already canceled my deposit credit card. Please send us the certified check.
