      Terrible customer support. Ordered the shoes in store, was told I would have them in 2 days. They never came. contacted support online they told me they would get the order processed that same day. waited 2 more days still not shipped. went back into the store today, they told me they couldn't help and did know anything. So I called support, spoke with someone who really wasn't sure about anything and said if they had not shipped in 2 more days to call back again. Hung up from that call and started looking closer at the order and realized they ordered the wrong pair of shoes. Called back into customer support. They tried to tell me I had to go back into the store, I told them I just came from the store and they told me to call you. They then had to go consult with their manager and determined they could refund my current order and I would have to place a new order and start all over. I said fine, then they only refunded part of my order and didn't refund me the correct amount. Complete an utter incompetence at every level of this company.

      I placed an order in June of 2023 (never got the shoes and they said they were out of stock). I ordered the EXACT SAME shoes Aug 2024 surprised they had them back in stock. Again...no shoes arrive. I call and they say the exact same thing they did the year before "There is something wrong with their inventory but those are not in stock and they have been having issues with the *************** I said, "well that's interesting because after I made the purchase, I went on the website and I was not able to order them (assuming I got the last pairs of them both)...BUT, I am on the website now, and as we speak, and there are BOTH of the pairs of shoes I ordered in 2023 and now again in 2024 and it's allowing me to buy them." The lady said "Let me get with our web devlopers now". I don't think that the ************* would like that this Fit2Run company is blaming them for their stores "inventory issues". I should've known better, because all the reviews I read about this this company reflect the same thing... "I placed an order and never got them"....This place is a joke...and a scam.

      I placed an order online with Fit2Run on August 1st and received a confirmation email from their ******** account. It seemed legitimate. They were quick to charge my credit card and not make it pending as other e-commerce sites. Is this place a scam? Usually, companies do not charge your card until it is shipped. It is usually held as a 'hold' in that amount, but it does not mark it as a completed transaction. This should have been my red first flag. Other Red Flags: I have went to their website to check on order status via two routes - Order Number + Email ---> Ends in an 'oops, you caught us with our shoes untied' page where it says that it doesn't work - Create an online account so you can check on your status --> Click on Orders --> Ends in an 'Oops, you caught us with our shoes untied page' again - Call the number from the ******** confirmation email and You can be on hold for up to a full hour without anyone answering - Email the 'customer service' address, but no response. - Look at the complaints on BBB (and even Reddit). They do not know how to operate e-commerce and it is leaving a lot of people unhappy.

      This is the worst online experience Ive had in a while. My mistake was that I followed a ******** ad for some shoes. This order was placed on 3/11/24 and never received a status update. I reached out via their listed email and texting system. However, I did not get any response. It wasnt until 3/23/24 that they sent an email telling me that they were out of stock. I ended up canceling. However, Ive yet to receive my refund. Terrible customer service and response time. I would urge anyone that ever considers to order from this company to turn back. Its not worth the wasted time.

      I can only echo the same as most everyone else. I paid for a Hidrate bottle from this company online. I never received a shipping confirmation; there has been no replies from the company to multiple emails requesting an order update; the customer service line is never answered; and requests for texts are never fulfilled either. I've had to submit a dispute via my credit card company as there appears to be no other way get the product or cancel the order.

      I ordered a watch on 12/26/23 and still have not received it. No one answers any of the phone #s on their website or the cooperate office #s. No response to emails I sent or texts.At this point I want my $ back!

      Ive placed an order on 12/22/23 with expedited shipping. Order #********. I did not receive any information if my items have been shipped. *** tried tracking the order on the website but it gives me an error message Youve caught us with our shoes untied. Tried several days later and on different browsers and it gives the same error message. Ive used the contact form twice, emailed several times, sent a txt message through the website, and called several times (even one time on the phone for 60min) and receive no representative response. *** also posted on ******* to seek any form of assistance. Still no response.

      Purchased tennis shoes for $175 on 12/5 for the purpose of a Christmas present. I have emailed and text customer service repeatedly. On Friday someone finally responded and stated I would receive an eta on either Friday or Saturday... nothing.
