    Mr. *********************** replaced a sliding glass door on my patio on or about June 2022. from the very first day, the glass door has been leaking water into the sliding glass door track. I have called Mr. ********************** on several occasions, he came out one time and said he would return go see if he could find out there the water was coming in at, but he never returned. each time it rains, the water gets into the track of the sliding glass door. I have been calling Mr. ********************** for sometime now, and although he promise to come out to rectify the issue he never does. I called him about a week ago (week of April *****) he promised to come out, but as previously stated, he never shows up. I paid over $6,000.00 to have this work done, but I am not satisfied. I would like to have the leaking door fixed, or the return of my money so that I can have this job completed correctly.

    THE OWNER IS 100% CORRECT, SORRY IV BEEN VERY BUSY AND I FORGOT SEVERAL TIMES TO COME BY. THE DOOR HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ****ING AS IT SITS UNDERNEATH A OVER HAND AND INSIDE OF A SCREEN ENCLOSURE SO THE **** IS COMING IN FROM THE ***** WE DID RUN ALONG THE PERIMETER OF THE **** AND THE MEMBRANE WAS COMING APART FROM THE WAY THE SCREEN ENCLOSURE WAS BUILT. WHEN WE LEFT HE DID HAVE ALUMINUM GUYS THERE TO REPAIR THE SCREEN ENCLOSURE IM JUST HOPING THEY DIDNT MESS WITH THE **** PATCH. I WILL MAKE SURE IM THERE THIS WEEK TO LOOK AT IT AND SEE WHAT I CAN DO. I TRIED TO GET A RESPONSE LAST WEEK BUT WASNT ABLE TO GET INTO BBB WEBSITE. I APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE
