  From the very first phone call from thier office to the salesman, From owner to production manager very thing we where told was spot on. Our roof was a total disaster, a shingle roof installed on a preexisting roof, we have a lot of rotten plywood. The production team was honest and transparent and allowed My wife and I see the damage and per contract the little extra money was well worth it to rid ourselves of any future damage, the install crew was a very pleasant experience and Yes people I would highly recommend them to everyone. Definitely A+++ rating from **. Thank You, ***** ***** *** and ****** and the entire team for saving our Home.

  I had a terrible experience with Parlament Roofing, who works with Sun Valley Solar. They were the only roofer to claim my 9-year-old roof was installed incorrectly and needed to be replaced, even though other professionals disagreed. Their reviews speak for themselvesclearly, Im not the only one whos had issues. Do not use this company, especially if youre consulting with them about solar panels. I wouldnt trust them to touch a single shingle on my roof.

  Sorry you had a bad experience. I'm believing you have the wrong company. We came out in August 2024 and met with you, the solar company, and your roofer to determine if it was the solar company's fault. Our opinion was that it was both bad installation and leaking from solar. However, this was an opinion only, and we did not perform or get paid for any service at all. Please remove this, if this is not the company you are referring to.

  My roof is only 20 months old and we purchased a lifetime warranty with a 2 year warranty and it was destroyed by Hurricane Milton and today we had a technician to inspect the damages and was told we had to fix it ourselves and they will not pay & we got our friend to purchase a roof to!!!!! I’m so unhappy with this business and to pay 18,000 purchase and and we have to pay 1,500 to get a 20 MONTH Roof repairs!! That’s bad business and the salesman insisted that the shingles were able to take (120-150 winds) and that’s why I purchased a LIFETIME ROOF!!! They have lost my business and don’t stand behind their business!!!

  Very impressed by the ******************** both seemed caring and knowledgeable regarding my family's roofs. They kept in touch with us throughout the process and never seemed bothered by our many questions! i will totally reccoomend Parlament to anyone who wants the job done right!

  "*******" and his crew were very efficient, courteous, on time and polite. They certainly rate 5 stars and more. The roof is beautiful. Exactly what I asked for.. I am already recommending them to friends. *****************************

  The sales and installation experience was great but after my roof was installed they did not do the things they agreed to and when I needed them to come back out they scheduled 4 different appointments and didnt show ** in which I took off work for. Now 2 years after my roof was installed I find out they never turned wind midigation info into my insurance company I overpaid $8,000 in premiums. Now Im trying to get that emailed to me so I can handle it and its like pulling teeth. Excuse after excuse. When they want your business they are great but once they got my $23000 every experience has been absolutely horrible

  Crooks. First off, they drove their truck on my sidewalk and busted it up. Then sent their roofers our with some ready mix for a half a** repair. They also left a gallon jugs worth of nails laying around my yard. The salesman told me that they would be sending a out every so often for an inspection. We would have a lifetime warranty. We paid about 6k more for this roof due to that warranty. About 4 years went by. I wasn't worried about my roof. I got a lifetime warranty. I assumed someone had been coming out to look at it. I decided to call and make sure they were doing it. They said we never called, so they didn't. The warranty was now void, Because it had been to long. She said it was in a mailed copy of the warranty, which I honestly don't know if I received or not. She said I should have called before if I was worried about it. Why would I be worried about it?! I have a lifetime warranty that the salesman said they would come inspect. My wife was with me and also never heard him say it was on ** to call. They also never called ** to give ** warning we were about to loose our warranty. The manager also accused me of being a liar during the call. She said that the warranty was a gift, We didn't pay for it. I did pay well over other quotes for that price of mind. So I really did.

  Parlament Roofing has failed to hire a contractor to repair our ceiling. The ceiling damage was caused by damage from my roof, which was caused by Hurricane ***. After the roof was repaired on ****- 2022 I called the office about our ceiling. On 1-31-2023 a technician was sent to our home to inspect the ceiling. The technician advised us that the report would be given to the office. About 2 or 3 weeks later, not quite sure of the date, I called to inquire about the progress of my case. I was told that the supervisor will look over the report and that I would receive a call later that day; I did not get a call. On 3-13-2023 I called and requested the full name of the person who was handling my case and informed them that would be writing a review with you all. Unexpectedly I received a call within seconds. First I was accused of hanging up on the receptionist (a lie), secondly I was told that my last call was returned (a lie). At that point an appointment was made to have a contracted ceiling company come out. I thought great, finally. The appointment was scheduled for 3-17-2023 between **** a.m. On the morning of 3-17-2023 at 10:01 a.m. I called Parlament Roofing for an estimated time of arrival, I was told the appointment was scheduled between **** a.m. At 12:04 p.m. I called again then I was told that the company was ***** minutes away. At 2:00 p.m. I called again, because Parlament Roofing is not making an attempt to keep me informed, at this time I was told she would reach out to the company that was suppose to make the repairs and get back to me, I did not receive a call back. At 3:08 p.m. this time I thought that I was calling the administrator office, I was transferred to the lady that had been working my case. I was told that another contractor would be hired for the job and I would get a call that evening, no returned call. Today is 3-22-2023 I have not received any response from Parlament Roofing.
