      Jan 31, 2023 we signed a contract with Screen Room Enclosures and paid $6721.00 to **************** D'Agostino representing 50% of the total project cost down for a patio roof project. Its my understanding that according to ** Statutes Title XXXII Chapter 489 a permit would be filed in 30 days but that is not the case with ***. A **** Certified Mail Demand Letter was sent post marked April 5, 2023 asking for work to commence. By late April a permit was filed however the drawings and design were not that of what was originally agreed upon. On July 8, 2023, today, this has still not been corrected with the county. There has been error after error and many excuses as to why things are not getting done, aside from two bags of concrete being poured into hand dug holes in the ground that is not reflected properly with the drawings. We are extremely disappointed in the lack of progress and feel that we have been defrauded of the $6721.00 while ****** has unjustly enriched himself. We also feel he has no intention of correcting said errors and performing the work under contract. Additionally, we do feel this represents a third-degree felony in the **************** and would like others to know about the unethical business practices in play with ****** D'Agostino Construction and Renovation and Screen Room Enclosures LLC.

      on OCT 05 ,2021 We signed contract to have my patio roof extended , and full screen enclosure on my back patio . Also as per their contract I am required to put 50% deposit which I did . I kept getting promises after promises from them that my project will start soon . And as of jan 6 ,2023 my project has not started . I am tired of reaching out to them due to they never fulfill any of them . I have email and text after text trying to find out when it will start . Its over due , I need my 50% deposit back and don't want to work with them .They are not a reliable company
