    - June 30, 2021:
    "I received from a text from my credit card company for a decline on a charge purchased for $34.97. It was an online charge for a trial from a telemedic company. No one in our family purchased this online. I called the company regarding this & they explained it was for medical info. or help over the phone. They said they would continue to bill my account for $34.97. I would not give them any information over the phone & I disputed it with my credit card company to decline the charges. I feel this is a Scam to look out for!!!"

    On date 6/15/2024 we received an inbound call from phone number *************** where you provided your verbal authorization to enroll in our subscription. Since we did not receive any notification of cancellation the system went ahead and billed the membership fee once trial period had expired, as notified during this engagement. But rest assured your account has been canceled and refunded successfully and no further charges will be made to you. It was a pleasure to assist you!

    Have been charged a few times from this company. Never signed up or know who/what this is. We need our information removed and stop charging $34. I tried to locate my username with this company and no records could be found. With the other complaints being similar you guys should do a better job on making sure your members know you are charging their account. No receipt no email no confirmation just charges, makes it very suspicious on how this information is received in the first place.

Upon reviewing our system we received an inbound call from phone number ************** on date 2/14/2024 where you provided your verbal authorization to get enrolled in our Telemedicine membership, it was stated during this engagement that you could call us back to our **************** line to discontinue at any point in time if you did not wish to be billed for the membership fee, since we did not receive any notification of cancellation from you; The system went ahead and billed you for the stated fee. But rest assured, we have canceled and refunded you effective immediately, therefore no further charges will be made to you. It was a pleasure to assist you today!
