      I'm not surprised by these reviews. ISO Quality Testing has not returned any of my emails or calls. The questionnaire they have you fill out before scheduling an exam time was so poorly written, I thought I clicked on a phishing attempt. I actually kind of wish this was the case because there would be an easier solution. Instead, I'm scrambling to take a test only offered twice a year that I already sunk $300 into. I don't even know who sees these reviews, but I hope this message is getting somewhere. They need to fix their broken system and prioritize communication. I sincerely hope they go bankrupt. IQT, if you're reading this, I halfheartedly apologize for wishing you ill will. Let's talk this through.

      On Sunday, October 16th 2022 at 10:30 am, I was scheduled to take the exam for Peer Recovery PR (****** CRM II). When I tried to login I got an error message that said "wwwiqttesting.com says Your ******* must start the exam first!" But then nothing happened, the exam never started and I was never able to take the exam.I could not contact anyone for technical support. I have already paid $199, $150 to ****** (****** accrediting agency) and $49 to IQT Testing so I can do this. I WILL NOT PAY FOR RESCHEDULING NOR DO I THINK I SHOULD NEED TO WAIT 60 DAYS TO TRY THE **** AGAIN BECAUSE THIS IS YOUR FAULT NOT MINE!
