    Purchased sets of tires form *** numerous of times over the years never an issue, till recently. I Purchased a set of tires in OCT 23. Immediately the tires had a vibration. Took it back to them ***** the owner said the back wheels were out by an OZ. Drove away the vibration was still there. I then decided to take it somewhere else they felt the vibration coming from the rear and checked balance and re-balance, still there. Heres where the problem started with ***. I went back to *** to tell them there was vibration that is persistent because the back wheels can never seem to balance form watching them get checked numerous of times. No **** immediately said I had no clue what I as talking about, and didnt no how to read a tire balance machine..lol During all this knowing I just gave this idiot **** dollars and now Im paying additional money chancing a vibration I kept my cool. After **** stop having acpsychotic episode he told me he was charging me to balance the tires since I went elsewherelol. I kindly paid again because I wanted this issues resolved, but it didnt. So now close to 200 dollars in balances, I decided to take it to the dealership. Low and behold the dealership found that the 2 back tires were defective when they did the road force one tire had 3rd harmonic balance and the other tire had a 2nd harmonic balance now 375 dollars in the hole I take my findings back to *** and they replace the tires but not before I had to hear ***** mouth and ***** After this were done dont come back here again after they sold defective tires to me and more than likely knew about being defective because they were paired up initially when installed.
