  ******************************** and the Local Search Force Team are wonderful to work with. They have very affordable websites and programs that help businesses get better found on ******* Bing and other search engines. I am a customer and have also referred many businesses I know to them. Why? Simple, they have a customer service department that you can actually - imagine that - speak to when needed until you get what you want.

  Scam artists, stay away. I haven't heard from them since 2021. They stop taking payment and will not return emails,or phone calls. Stay away from them. They will call you and offer to write a article about you being a top Dog in your community. Not worth the phone call!!!

  BEWARE!! We never got our analysis as promised. They have hijacked MY domain name. Ran my website long after shutting down THEIR tracking number, so customers would call number on my website and it would be disconnected. Terrible customer service. So sorry we hired this company. Our credit card was compromised and this was the ONLY company that did not contact us about the payment, of course they never contacted us about the performance either so why would they. When we decided to cancel they were like "oh yea your card didn't go through but we kept it going" (except the phone number)."So you owe us twelve hundred dollars now or we will not give your domain back or take the bogus number off." How companies even stay in business like this I don't know. Save you a major headache and stay far away from this company. And LSF if you try to respond with great figures on how you helped us it will only be the second analysis I've gotten in two years, the only other one being the one I got the day I canceled last month.

  Although not a great review, thank you for communicating. We provided great marketing services to Patriot Auto for nearly 3 years as evident by the client's ranking and call tracking reports.

  **** is correct in that we could be better at reaching out. ************* is friendly and competent but they, like many, handle the clients that call in as a priority and those that don't call in don't get the same attention. We will look to improve in this area of our business.

  **** from Patriot Auto is correct in that we only sent a few performance report in the nearly 3 years we serviced their account. We provide reports upon request, which this client may not have known.

  It's correct we continued to service this account and keep his website live for months after he stopped paying us when his credit card was compromised. Most people would appreciate this and be thankful we gave them time so sort out their financial issue. **** is right, our collections team should have been more diligent to ensure his account was kept current. We did not know there was a bug in his tracking number and I don't think they called to let us know because they new we were not billing them.

  **** is not truthful in that we hijacked his domain. As soon as we received his letter to cancel and he paid his past due balance, we immediately transferred his domain to him.  

  We wish **** and the folks at Patriot ************ and appreciate the opportunity to be their internet marketing firm over the years.
