      Wrote letter 6/28/2022 requesting refund of $98.64. I returned 2 unopened bottles and received another bottle this week. I did not receive a response from the letter in which I asked them to cancel shipments and wanted a refund. I have tried calling their 800 number over a period of 6 - 7 months. When you call you get a recording, you hold for 5 - 10 minutes and then they disconnect you. This may be a foreign company or one that deals worldwide, as after the state Kentucky is shown US. I had to stop my debit card and pay to get another one so they can't use it again. These pills when taken as they prescribed gave me diarrhea so badly that I stayed in the bathroom a lot. Then I had to go to bed to recoup my old 78 year old body. Had to stop taking these pills, of course. I explained all this in my letter, but received no response.

      Contacted Cheryl by phone and spoke with her in regards to her complaint. I apologized for the inconvenience and assured her that our phone number is valid or we may be reached by email. I canceled her subscription and submitted a refund request for $98.64, I let her know the refund check will be received in 1-2 weeks in the mail, so to keep an eye out for it. I also suggested she speak with RMPDS due to the reaction she had from the Healthy Weight Probiotics but she declined contacting them. She was pleased with the resolution that we've offered and are providing to her.
