      I was overcharged for a procedure done. I spoke with my insurance. They charged me more than what my insurance told me my bill was. I was charged $650 when by contract they are only supposed to charge around $88-$100

      On 6/6/23 I had a dental procedure on tooth #**. At that date I paid $553.60 and my then ****************** ***** ) paid $1,146.40 on 6/21/23. So there was an overpayment of $166. Now, it has been a little more than a Year and a 1/2 and the overpayment was never provided back to me.Finally, on 2/19/2025, I happened to have an appointment for a different issue and to my surprise>>>> I found out the credit on my account? This is 100% NOT ACCEPTABLE on their part AND I request my funds in the amount of $166 be return.Respectfully;**** ******

      I was there with my wife on February 12, 2024 with a reference from my dentist to get root canal done, theyve changed 500$, gave a receipt with only codes and no explanation or any verbal comment on what will happen next. After all they havent done anything and told that it was just a consultation, please schedule an appointment for the next visit for actual treatment. After looking for those codes in the internet I found theyve charged for Xray, CT scans some other tests without asking me if I already have this data and before even getting me into the chair, maybe I wouldnt need it even.In the end of visit, when I realized that nothing will be done I asked for the manager, they refused to contact me. I asked to give the the number for their financial department, they kept me on hold for ************************************************************************************************** the public customer service number and option ********** one receipt, another receipt they were not able to print out (I don't know why) but attaching the charges from my HSA
