      There has been an issue with the battery since the purchase date. We were put off and told just keep it plugged in. Should have been a red flag right there. A 20 % battery drop after driveing 5 miles is not "normal". Finally after 2 service calls to the house, they agreed to take the cart in to the shop. After we emailed about the status, they said there was no warranty, but after producing the bill of sale showing a 4 year battery warranty, 1 year cart warranty, they changed their statmement to it's covered. However, they say are waiting on the manufacturer (Evolution) to get back to them about a warranty claim. They picked up the cart on August 2nd, only after much back and forth with the office (Brenda and Diane), had been here July 26 prior to that. We heard nothing back after a week, that's when we were told there was no warranty on the cart. We went to the office on August 15th with the paperwork showing the warranty listed. That's when the tune changed and we were told its covered and they would now follow up with ********** We were told today, August 22nd, after we reached out again, that they didn't hear anything back yet from Evolution about their inquiry last week, but will now check again and let us know. They have been giving us the run around this entire time. Now saying it could be 3-4 weeks. Truly believe we were sold a "lemon" and they know it. We would like to, at best, get a refund on the cart and not have to deal with this company any longer. Or exchange the defective cart for one that is working, Or, at the very least get them to fix the cart ASAP and return it. There is no end in site to this saga and they are just sitting with the cart at their facility.
