    On May 2023, gutters were installed with multiple issues. We have been requesting the issues to be addressed and still it has not been resolved to this present day of November 2024. The gutters have dents, gaps between the soffit, bent/slanting due to missing anchor screws. We tried communicating with the owner of Brothers That Just Do Gutters, ****** ****** multiple times and sent pictures for his review. He sent his workers to assess the situation and only fixed less than half of the issues. The workers told us that they will continue work the next day but they did not show up. When we followed up with ****** ******, he refused to fix the problems and pushed back saying everything was completed. We sent pictures to them again but he was still pushing back. We initiated a request for help with the Brothers Gutters corporate office. They sent a gentleman by the name of **** ******* who told us he was a corporate employee of Brothers Gutters who came to the house and took pictures and said everything will be addressed. Months of not hearing back, we called corporate office again and was told that **** ******* is NOT a corporate employee but worked for ****** ******. We reached to **** ******* for follow up and he told us that no work will be done and we can't force ****** to fix the problems, case closed. We reached out to corporate office again and spoke with ***** ******* and ******* ****. We emailed back and forth regarding our concerns along with our pictures to Crystal multiple times. We received response via email that our concerns will be forwarded to ****** ****** and still no response from the owner. We were told that corporate office can not help and we can only have the local franchise address it. To this day, the poor workmanship of the initial installation is still not resolved along with no communication from Brothers Gutters in ********, owner ****** ******. The silence from the owner of the company just proves that he will not even honor any warranty.

    Between having the gutters installed last September and the early spring we noticed a bit of water on the inside of our door every so often when it rained, but only a little and a couple times. In early spring, my daughter was home when it rained and said some water came in the door and she needed a towel to clean it up. I thought maybe it had rained straight at the door causing the water to come in? I wasnt sure, but I didnt think much of it until the beginning of June when we had our first heavy Florida downpour since the gutters were installed. Water came pouring in the house through the upper part of the door down the hallway and also into my boys room. It was then that we realized the new gutter was draining down into our super gutter. The water was pouring out of there so fast it had nowhere to go, but overflow the super gutter down the house into the top of the door. That is when I made the first call because I realized the problem. I was told over the phone that they never let a gutter drain into a super gutter because they cannot handle as much water even though that is what was done. June 14th someone came out to try to fix it when I was not home and just added a small downspout to try to direct the water a bit away from that corner. That did not help at all and we had water pouring in the house and down the hallway again. I called to try to get someone out to fix it and was told they would get to it as soon as they could. In the meantime, it happened a few more times. With the last couple rains at the end of **************** of July is when I saw it caused damage. The door will not close properly anymore. It is separating on the top of it from the outside and the bottom from the inside. A alarm sensor is broke also damage to the baseboards. The problem with the gutter itself was fixed in July 8th, but we have a door that cannot open or close properly. Ive made numerous calls to try to get them to fix the door without an answer.

    This company installed new gutters around the perimeter of my home June of Last year. The home had just been professionally inspected, caulked, sealed and painted just before the install. I went to inspect my home and make sure everything was sealed properly before rainy season the beginning of April. I noticed the gutters were pulling the facia away from my home in several places. It was evident the gutters were only secured to the facia and not secured into the ends of the rafters. I called the company and spoke to Tina on 4/3. She asked me to text photos and info to her. I sent the text and emailed all of the information and pictures to her that day. I called to follow up a few days later. Tina stated she did not know when they would have someone in my area to come take a look and would let me know when someone would be available. We did not hear back. Their estimator showed up at my home unannounced on 4/12. He took pictures, notes and told us the owner would be in touch to discuss a solution. I called the estimator to follow up a few days later. He did not have any new information for me. I emailed Tina 4/26 to follow up and copied the estimator. We did not hear back. I emailed Tina again on 5/2 copied the estimator and have not hear back. I have been very polite and patient. I am sure we could work together to resolve this issue, but I can not get anyone to speak to me.

    The owner contacted me a week or so ago and and met me at my home with one of his employees today.  This issue seems to be resolved.
