    We found company on Thumbtack. Met w/Gnesa 4/1/2022, to go over project; Emerson came out on 5/2/2022 to finalize. We signed contract on 5/6/2022 to remove pavers and cement walkway in front; install pavers in back, around to the driveway, do a walkway extension to each side of cement driveway and then front walkway and patio by front door. Est. *****/2 Quote $10,750 While working on job we asked him to bury drains and he also added some sod Est *****/4 $1,100. Also, we contracted to power wash pavers, driveway and seal them. Est. *****/3 $1,500/Payments made $6,750 5/6/22, $5,000 7/22/22, $1,100 7/22/22 PAID - Est 1805/2, $1805/4 and PREPAID Est 1805/3 with $1,000.
    Issue #1 Paver Contract: In the rear of house the foundation was uneven and Emerson said he would even it out. Later he said he was afraid it would damage foundation so the space between the foundation and the pavers along back wall 6-1/4" to 9", the space along the foundation by the door ranges from 1 1/2" to 2". He suggested we put in rocks to fill in gap. However, we have too many oak leaves and thought that would be too messy.We agreed that he would put on concrete to fill in that area so that we'd have a flat surface.

    Issue #2 Pave Contract: On the front step there is space along the foundation by the front door; ranging from 3/4" to 1"and the foundation to the right of doorway, ranging from 1-1/2" to 2", We agreed that he would be in grout that would match the pavers in that area.

    Issue #3 Paver Contract: The contract was for driveway extension with pavers on each side of driveway. The right did not match the left, it was a row less and it looked out of balance and not professionally done. Emerson said it took too long to dig out roots from Oaks. My husband said he would and then Emerson could fill. We agreed he would fill and place pavers to match the left side of driveway.
    Broken promises over and over again. Now we read they have done this to others. we need 3 issues done and $back
