    I had Exquisite service my property when I initially closed on my home in 2023.. I stopped using Exquisite after the second service because they damaged the stucco on my brand new home during both visits. The owner, *****, couldnt care less about the damage. He did nothing to make things right nor was willing to communicate with his employees to avoid damage in the future. Brians reaction just proved how little he cares about his clients or the respect he has for their property. I know I am not the only one to experience this with Exquisite. Fast forward two years later and Exquisite recently started to service my neighbors property. It didnt take long for Brians team to find a way to start to damage my landscaping. I have reached out to ***** twice to kindly ask for his team to not cut / edge my property. They are cutting way too low for one. There is no need for his team to touch my landscaping. Yet, they continue to damage one side of my property. I have before and after photos, which have been sent to *****. And of course ***** ignores the feedback and doesnt try and make things right. Instead he continues to allow his team to damage my landscaping, which is unethical and shows Brians disrespect towards others. My landscaping has been very well maintained until Brians team started to damage the one side. There is no reason for Exquisite to cross over to my property / cause the damage. They're servicing beyond the property line. I have tried to explain this to ***** and his team and they continue to damage my landscaping. Extremely disrespectful to damage someone's property. I take a lot pride in maintaining a beautiful hone inside and out. My landscaping always been very well maintained until ******* team has damaged it. I have spent a lot of money on landscaping and ******* team comes in, creates damage and doesn't care. This needs to stop immediateliy. I appreciate your assistance.

    There is no damage to this property.  It is not a property we take care of.  It is a neighboring property.  We have had issues with this homeowner in the past.  We chose not to respond because we will not communicate with this homeowner.  We want no more communication with this individual.  They have tried to "bash" us on every possible platform.  There is no damage to property.  There is no damage to turf grass. This requires no further comment from our company and future steps from this homeowner will be viewed as harrasment.

    The dishonesty in the response is why I have rejected this.  ***** couldve simply apologized and worked towards a solution. Very simple yet difficult. 

    ***** is the only person who has made this situation a challenge.  Myself, his employees and my landscapers have handled it well.  We have been able to work together towards a solution.  ***** not at all.  

    Exquisite hasn't had issues with me in the past.  Attached is my text conversation history with ***** since June 2023, which will prove otherwise.   I had to break it up into two files due to the upload size limitations.  

    I hired his company when I closed on my home in May 2023.  After the first two services, they damaged the stucco of my home so I stopped using them.  In October 2023, I donated a tree from my property for the townhomes across the alley as they needed to replace a dying tree already, which Exquisite was responsible for maintaining.  I donated the tree to help avoid a cost to the townhome owners.  Extremely kind.  When removing the tree, ***** almost damaged my dripline and when I spoke up to just say be careful, he threw his shovel down on the ground and said you remove the tree then.  And said call me when it is done.  Extremely unnecessary behavior.  A neighbor was here to witness his behavior.  And I have a text message conversation with my neighbor documenting his behavior. She agreed it was uncalled for.  I was simply asking him to be careful. 

    And yes his company did damage my property recently while servicing the neighboring property (may be by an accident). It happens but it was how poorly it was handled by ***** that made it an issue.  I previously sent photos to the BBB of the damage.  Photos were also sent to *****, which he ignored for days.  I was hoping ***** would be understanding and work together to find a solution.  That was all I was asking.  Boy was I wrong.  I didnt ask him to pay for the damages just simply work together to avoid this in the future.  He couldnt even do that.

    I stopped trying to reach out to ***** in knowing that he was going to make this even more challenging / not be cooperative.  That is why I reached out to the BBB.  He threatened me in a text not to contact him anymore, which was unnecessary because I had already taken alternative steips to try and get this resolved, which no longer included reaching out to *****.  

    I have cameras on my fence to prove the damage he has denied.  My landscapers even saw the damage and agreed they cut far too low (to the dirt) and burned the edging along the sky pencils.  His team even acknowledged the damage.  But his team also has had the willingness to work together to avoid this in the future (this was after I reached out to the BBB), unlike the owner at Exquisite.. Night and day. ***** has been the ONLY one to be defensive about this and look to make it a challenge.  His team accidentally serviced my property recently instead of my neighbors.  I knew it was a mistake and his team apologized / handled it well.  No issues at all. ***** on the other hand would have made it challenging. 

    To avoid future damage, I had to reach out to my landscaper to help me work on solution as ***** made this challenging.   He chose to lie and turn the problem to be the other person and even denied the damage to the BBB.   I was simply trying to work towards a solution, not have a confrontation.  

    He has lied in his response to try and protect himself. Little does he know he is the ONLY person who has made this a challenge.  All other parties have been extremely cooperative and respectful to each other (myself, his crew and my landscapers).  The only issue has been with *****.     

    On another note, his crews are extremely polite, professional and respectful.   Pleasant to have around.
