Last September I had framing concrete slab by patio door, purring of that slab including pitch for water run off, and concrete sealing slab. Not only the rain water stagnates on slab , hence does not run off, but the sealant coating already chips off. Very disappointed to have wasted money on that repair, and handyman did not respond to my complaints.

With the amount of water coming from the roof it was suggested to the home owner to install gutters.
The gutters would have the concrete seal last long.
We're presently in touch with the home owner to see if they want to reseal the area.

Even when gutters were around the whole house, the water would pool at the critical area known by Acron.
We removed all gutters because there was too much clogging and rot.
Handyman noticed the slab was slanting in instead of out, that is why water would pool at corner, and that is why he poured 5" concrete with corrected slant. Obviously that slant degree is not enough, because as explained in previous complaint, rain water pools the same way and doesn't runoff. I have to use a broom to remove that pooled water.
I was called today by Acron who asked me to take pictures next rainfall, and he will come back to fix issue with a steeper slant.Joelle B
