      In late June, 2024, I contacted Angi's to get a referral for a refrigerator repair. They referred me to Restoration Solutions and I was contacted by Mr *********** ********* who came out on June 30, 2024 to look at the unit. He said I needed a new electrical control panel and that it would cost $320.25 which I had to pay up front. He charged my *********** credit card for $320.25, said that the part would be in in about a week and that he would email me a receipt, which he never did. After not hearing from him, I tried to contact Restoration Solutions to no avail. They don't answer the phone or return phone calls. I tried to contact Mr ********* on the cell phone number he gave me but he never answered or returned my call. I contacted Angi's to see if they could help, and they offered no help at all.I contacted the credit card company and they advised that on July 1, my credit card was used to collect $300 cash from a money transfer company called Wise, ** and that they charged a $20.25 service fee for this transaction. As of this date, I am still not able to reach either Restoration Solutions nor Mr ********* at his cell phone #************. Since the money transfer company completed the transaction, my credit card company is unwilling to help me resolve this issue and I have not received any parts for my refrigerator, plus it turns out that it wasn't an electrical panel issue but a failed compressor instead. My only documentation is my credit card statement which shows the $320.25 being billed to my account. payable to *******, which we assumed was a parts company, only to find that is not the case.I have tried to determine what the physical address for Restoration Solutions is in ******, **, however, I find nothing listed insofar as a physical address. The only address I have is *********** *********, ************************************. This was obtained from a copy of the money transfer statement issued by Wise NY to the recipient of the money.

      I called the business on 16th of this month July,and talked to *************************** who after checking records told me he will call me back with an appt to come to take a look but did not call me back or answered my calls to make an appointment to come and see what needs to be done as I have lifetime warranty for the paint

      I originally contacted this business in 2022 regarding the warranty on my house coating. I was told that they did not have me registered as a customer and to send my contract. I told them I had it but needed to locate it. They refused to believe I was a customer. Due to Covid, I waited and reached out to them again in 2024 (Feb) to ask for assistance from them in having my house looked at due to several areas of the coating have peeled off and have white powder behind it. I have pressure washed and kept clean per instructions and this is supposed to be a lifetime warranty. I mentioned at a home show to one of their sales team that I was unhappy and no one contacted me. The nice lady saidnshe would have the owner call me. I received a call from the owner (*****). He accused me of never calling and asked me for my contract. I emailed him 4 times with the information and called twice. I have not received a call, email or any communication.My understanding from their multiple poor reviews is that this is common and how they do business when you need warranty service.

      The exterior of the house was painted with a ceramic paint that has a lifetime warranty, contract is attached in February of 2012. As detailed in the pictures the white trim paint is bubbling up, we suspect that those specific areas were never prepped correctly by the painter. In accordance with the liftetime warranty guidelines we powerwash the house once a year. We have called the company at least 10 times, left messages and still have not heard back from them.
