    We have been a customer of Vail ********************** since 2005. Loyalty like that only comes with GREAT service and fair pricing. Our latest job for them was an A/C replacement. ***** came on time, and we were up and running in a few hours. The price quoted was the final price! I recommend them for plumbing and HVAC work all the time. Companies like Vail are few and far between.

    Overpriced.charged 89$ to s**** on pipe. I asked to waive fee since the workers were there 3 minutes. Nasty reply in return. Stay away!

    Customer called for a leak under kitchen sink, never asked service all price, which is ****** upon arrival the repair was a simple fix, not happy with the discounted price, it was explained what a normal service all call amount was and the ***** was the discounted rate, the still unhappy and asked what she felt the amount should be . Customer felt due to being a first time customer and close to our office and a simple fix the price should have been 0.00 and not charged at all. I can not be in business and do that

    I have 5 properties and Vail has always been fair & HONEST when I work with them. When I ask the price before hand, they tell me..often they tell me without asking. Whoever comes to do the job takes the time to communicate arrival times, is courteous, & cleans up. They have always been a professional company to work with.
