  We take all customer feedback seriously and are committed to addressing concerns professionally and *********** response to the recent complaint, we strongly refute the claims made regarding poor workmanship, lack of warranty, and the suggestion that our company takes advantage of seniors. CSL Construction completed a full kitchen remodel at this property over a year ago. At the time of completion, the project was in excellent condition, and we documented the final result thoroughly with photographs. These images are available for review and can be submitted to the Better Business Bureau upon request.Our standard one-year workmanship warranty has since expired. However, even if the project were still under warranty, the current condition of the kitchen clearly falls outside of warranty coverage due to extensive and apparent misuse. During our recent site visit, we observed significant damage including:Severe scratches and gouges in the solid wood cabinetry.Countertops chipped in a manner inconsistent with normal usesuggesting possible intentional damage or gross negligence.Flooring that appears to be extensively scratched and damaged, likely by pet activity.This level of deterioration is not reflective of defects in workmanship or materials but rather ongoing mistreatment of the remodeled space.Additionally, we feel it is necessary to address safety concerns experienced by our crew during the original scope of work. Multiple team members reported feeling unsafe on site due to the customer openly carrying a firearm during work hours and exhibiting erratic, aggressive behavior. These incidents were serious enough that we documented them internally at the time. Despite this, we completed the project to the best of our abilities and went above and beyond in our service.Due to the nature of the damage, the time that has elapsed since completion, and the unacceptable conduct experienced by our employees, we will not be returning to the property, nor do we believe any further action is warranted on our part.We remain available to provide supporting documentation to the BBB as needed to demonstrate the condition of the project at completion and the extent of damage since.Sincerely,CSL Construction

  The lower level of our stilted home took in 44" of water from the ************** during Hurricane ******. Within hours of touching base with *****, his team was at our home handling all the cleanup and remediation both inside and out. He has a very hard-working dedicated team that we trusted. Once the work was completed, ***** came back for the final inspection and made sure to touch base with us over the course of a couple of weeks to assure our satisfaction. I would rate 10 stars if I could! Top notch for quality of work and customer service!

  CSL Construction turned our horror story into a fairytale with a beautiful ending! We suffered a slab leak that started in our kitchen sink and went through our pantry and into our bedroom earlier this year (Feb 2024). My neighbor; without hesitation recommended ***** from CSL and gave me his number. A couple of hours later they showed up to do an assessment of the damages and discussed with us what they see. The next day they showed up with a full crew to do the absolute most thorough assessment of the damages and documented everything at every step of the process. The news of the damage were tough to hear, but they were consummate professionals and were able to lay out a comprehensive timeline and proper expectations for the project. I have to say that these guys KNOW what theyre talking about and they know what theyre doing. The timeline from day one to the end of the project was as described. It required a lot of patience as we waited for the insurance and inspectors and every tradesperson, but the end result is unimaginable. Six months ago we were faced with the tough reality of not having a working kitchen. Today as we stand in our house, its hard to believe that this is our home. Our kitchen looks like its out of a magazine, our floors look spectacular and we couldnt be happier with our decision to hire ***** and his team at ***. **** Zeke, ******, Seor *******, ****** ****** Plumbing, ******* HunterThe list goes on.
