    I have family members who are elderly who live there currently and the property management services are horrible, especially now during the hurricance who has flooded the surrounding areas of the *********** homes which some of the elderly CANNOT get out, further more the bridge coming into the development is flooded has pot hole damages which means folks cannot get out. One person tried and almost died, because their car hit the pot hole and car was severly damage. RV folks have not water and all amenities (such as ******************** are closed. ******************* is *** and residents cannot get in touch with anyone with the property management. My family members have experienced retaliation when they have compliant recently and they are elderly and afraid.

     Hello,

    Clerbrook Golf & RV Resort is an RV resort hosting transient guests. *********** didn't issue a mandatory evacuation but guest could evacuate voluntarily before the hurricane. During Hurricane ******, Clerbrook received over 12 inches of rain in hours. Clerbrook golf course was and is still flooded to this day. This property is lower than the surrounding landowners and the result is we are the catch basin for all of the runoff from them. After the storm we had no power to any buildings, nor water/sewer plants. Once that power came back on, the power supplying the plants was disrupted due to a tree branch on a live wire. On Saturday, after the storm, the power company repaired the line. Community buildings were kept closed to contain the water usage to the plant until we tested that the plants were functioning properly after the storm and power outages. However, any homeowners that remained in their units were able to use their own utilities at this time. This particular person who is writing this concern does not appear in our reservation system. But, if their family member comes to the office we can update or answer any questions they may have.
