    While they did reformat my resume, and provided me some decent directions for job searching. Their "Interview guarantee" falls completely flat, with other resume reviewers pointing out issues in their formatting of resumes. Additionally, they obscure that they are going to tag on a monthly charge for "coaching advisors" but this is presented as an optional service that you must opt-into and pay separately for, and not part of their packages. While they say one may "cancel at any time" there is no information or contact page on their customer portal to do so, so it is intentionally made difficult to cancel or dispute unauthorized card charges. I have found myself in a situation where I am very pleased that I used a separate "slush" bank account unconnected to my actual checking or savings accounts that I manually add funds to to pay for their services. As they would have been siphoning off of my actual checking accounts otherwise. They misrepresent what they offer and try to add extra charges. They can be useful to tidy up a resume for someone fully inexperienced, but do *NOT* pay them with a real credit card attached to your actual accounts to avoid the experience I am currently involved in.
