    I went into Jackson Hewitt to do my taxes I was charged $200 for my 2023 and $665 for my 2022 which is already really high they did it . My 2022 was done by ************************* and was only suppose to be a $400 then there manager ***** came in said this isnt right put different information down and got my return to almost $3k I was happy but then it was rejected cause of tax pin. I told them that Im going else where cause there fees were too high they said they would return my service fees which is also stated on there policy. I went to turbo tax and H&R Block got a way bigger return and paid less in fees. There policy stated that if we dont get you your most refund well return your service fees and give $100 rebate. So now thats 2 reasons why I should be refunded my service fees. They refuse to return my service fees Ive gone back and fourth over the phone with multiple reps and managers no one is trying to refund or honor there own policy. I then finnaly go into a office to speak to someone face to face and there were helping at first then there corporate called and told them stop talkin to me and get me out of there cause they claim they have notes of me saying I was getting a lawyer and that there no longer allowed to talk to me. This company and beyond professional and theres probably countless others they screwed over just like they are to me. I please ask you to get my fees returned to me and that you brandish this company so no one else uses this. This is completely illegal

    Originally I went into Jackson Hewitt at ******* on *********** in December for their early holiday loan in December and got the loan and told me to come back when I have my w2 forms so I come back a month later with my w2 forms ready to file. The guy who filed my taxes said the lady the month before who took my info and etc put in the wrong info, then tries to say the system locked him out so he has to send everything to his boss to file. His boss was at the main office location. We got it done. During the process, he kept changing his answers because he did not " realize we were filing taxes and he thought we were doing the early advance loan " when I told him the moment I sat down I was filling my taxes and etc. At the end, he told me I was getting 2838 dollars as my refund. For the next two weeks, I was tracking my refund, and nothing changed. The *** said they never got it. So I go back to the location, I get a different guy with a thick accent and told me it was bounced back. which ****** me off because no one in that office reached out to me to tell me this. I had to go to the office to find out and we got the situation fix. A month or so later, I get an email from the pre paid card that Jackson Hewitt give me and said I was given ****** back. so I go online and asked the chat people about it and they said my refund was offset and I was getting 1405 dollars back instead. so I called irs and explained the situation and they told me what was going on and they told me my account was not offset. They told me it was done wrong. they told me offset means if you owe taxes which I do not or unpaid child support and etc which I dont fall under any of that. I am highly upset where they originally told me I was getting 2838 back in refund to 1405 in refund. Where is the rest of my refund that you guys quoted me? I am missing 1433 dollars that you promised me I was getting back

    On June 28 2021 I filed my taxes with Jackson Hewitt in clermont fl with a lady named Marcie . I had to set an appointment with her upon arrival while there she answered her cell phone and office phone multiple times not giving me her undivided attention. Then when we ran into issues which was her responsibility to find and resolve I was the one who actually do so . I was then charged just under 600 $ for her tax preparation which I feel is ridiculous and unfair giving the fact that I sat there doing all the work while she attended to personal calls on her phone . It's been 6 months since I filed and I just found out that my tax return has been waiting for me since the 7th of November . She didn't even so much as try to call me or email me to let me know this important information and and now is no where to be found because I've tried numerous times to reach her I feel like I shouldn't be charged that much money for her to have done such a poor job .
