    Due to the onset of a sudden illness, we could no longer travel. We had a timeshare contract with ****** and explained the situation asking them we just wanted to cancel the contract - they could keep the monies we had paid them. They refused to work with us, and we ended up hiring **** from Linx Legal. **** went to bat for us and was able to get our contract cancelled. I would recommend Linx Legal to anyone who need help working with a timeshare contract issue.

    We got the big snow job about points and were pushed into signing papers to upgrade our timeshare with ****** before they ever mentioned a price. Then the bills started hitting the mailbox for every fee imaginable! **** from Linx Legal came to our home, explained the fine print that ****** ignored and for a flat fee got us out of our timeshare. We were able to keep all our hotel points that we had earned. Link Legal was great! They kept us informed throught the process and saved us from having to deal with "the great Satan" directly. If you need to get out of the revolving door that's draining your bank account, call **********************! They are professional, personable, and keep their word. I have nothing but appreciation for them!

    1 Star Review: Poor Communication and Unfulfilled Promises We have been working with Linx Legal for over four years now, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. They have not proactively communicated with us at all during this timewe always have to reach out to them. Every time we call, were met with vague answers and excuses, with no real progress made on getting us out of our timeshare. Were tired of the runaround and feel completely neglected as clients. At this point, we are extremely disappointed and fed up with the lack of transparency and follow-through.

    Though the initial interview was fine, our representative keeps us posted maybe once ever 1-2 months about what ever steps he takes. There is never any progress. Hes told us multiple times that hes contact the attorney general but thats always the next step. *** asked him twice for a list of who he has contacted and the dates but he has not replied to this. He only answers yes or no easy questions. When I finally asked in depth questions there is no reply.
