    nothing was done by the company. they were on the phone in scilence I did all the work. nothing was done at all by them.

    Please be advised that this complaint is false and should be removed. They have only been our clients for a few months, and we already got them a resolution that they agreed to in a 30-day period. They went from almost 70k in debt owed to the developer to now owing zero. They signed a contract and still owe us $12,649.  As a company that has been in business for over 13 years, we are very proud of our success rate and our process to help clients with debt relief in a quick and effective way. I have attached a full breakdown of communication attempts with the client and proof of the client accepting the resolution from the options given. The process is now completed, and the client now owes nothing to the developer, so I really feel that the client is doing this to avoid remaining payments to our company. Which we agreed to the balance paid over a 24-month period. We have attempted to contact several times via email and phone with no response. Thank you for your time and cooperation and would really like for this complaint to be removed.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    Nothing was done by the business.  Yes the amount of debt went down however that was done by a phone call to the debtor where the company in question was only on the line did not speak.  Nothing was done by them. Certainly not over $12000 worth of work.

    I have been paid VOAC LLC (Vacation Ownership Advocates And Consultants) to assist in getting me, my husband and sister in law out of a Timeshare. They are a 3rd party for Molfetta Law. I have emailed numerous times for status. I gave a loan that was for over *******. I been paying on this for 2 years. I owe $6386.76 on this still with UCFS, ************************* Services. I finally spoke with ********************* at VOAC ************ Tues April 16th. She has stated that we have not returned requested information. I have emails confirming the requested information was received previously. She begins to try to tell me they can assign me a caseworker to work very closely with me. I said absolutely not after 2 years. I called Whyndam and a was told our contract was canceled/foreclosed on 8/12/2023. I have requested the documents to be mailed to me. This business is a complete scam. She was trying to get me to have them assist again. We needed out of the timeshare due to increased maintenance fees. I have been paying the loan for 350 a month for 2 years and this company has done nothing. They have tried to tell me they can't assist further due to we don't provide documents. I have emails and can assure you they have what was needed. I am hoping to prevent others from ever dealing with this headache.

    Please be advised that we have attempted to contact **************** on several occasions to discuss this issue and she still has not responded via phone. According to the attorneys who handled this case. They have a timeline showing the lack of communication from the *******. These cases are time sensitive and when the client (****************) doesn't comply it makes it very hard to work on the case. We have that clause in the contract. Even though they didn't comply we still worked on their case and got them out of both of the timeshare's 1st one was on 8-12-23 and the other was this month. So, we did our job.  Please be aware that the ******* have not notified VOAC ever about this situation until they just recently spoke to the developer who of course gave them misleading information just like they did when they purchased the timeshare that we got them out of. Truthfully, I don't think this is a valid complaint as they are out of both timeshares. A simple phone call to VOAC could have avoided this complaint because we do have a 100% money back guarantee in place just in case, we can't get the job done. Thank You and have a great day.

    I am rejecting this response because: This is completely false. This company has not assisted and had no idea that the acct was closed until I called *******. It was closed over a year ago and VOAC didn't know and our other timeshare was closed before that. This was not due to any action by VOAC. They keep saying that I didn't respond. I have emails that conform information was received. O also have voice-mail on my phone at all time. There has never been attempts or communication from VOAC or from any other attorney they pass the case too. We honestly have no idea on who that *** be or how to even contact them previously to me asking for a status. I would never trust this company or anyone affiliated with this. I have sent emails and made phone calls for weeks regarding this scam. It is fraud.

    Please be advised that *************** recently got a hold of VOAC regarding this matter. Before this we have not heard from her regarding this issue. She does not know what we have done to get her out of her timeshare she is only going by what she has heard from the same developer that got her into this mess. Like she stated in her own words she did get out of both of them. The only reason that we were not informed was because she had an attorney client privelege wich doesnt allow us to get information from the attorney. We are a company that can be trusted as we have helped thousands of families with zero complaints. Again she did get out of both of her timeshares wich is what she hired them to do. We also have 100% money back guarantee that was in place in case the job wasnt done. We are proud that we can help families that are compliant and we are transparent with everyone before they sign up for the services. Her claims are false and we will not allow her to defame us based off of hear say from the same developer that got her into this. This complaint is not valid at all and would like it retracted. *** personally tried calling her to clear up this confusion with no response from her.     I am rejecting this response because: ************ is a complete joke. I couldn't afford to pay the timeshare. We were paying the loan that VOAC had us get. It is *******... VOAC says I didn't contact...I have wrote emails asking for status. VOAC didn't know due to attorney client privacy.?? But now she knows all this?? I am beyond upset and yes I feel this company is fraud. They took our money and passed files to 3rd parties. We had no way of knowing what party was doing what. We had Hilton and ******* timeshares. At one point we were even told by VOAC we didn't realize both contracts?? Now I did reach out regarding this....even though she says we did not make contact. ************ can state that I don't answer calls or make contact...that is also false. Once again does this company know all details? No because they keep saying attorney client privileges. I do have emails. I do have communication and no I don't answer phone during business hours sometimes. I am working. I do however have voice-mail and did indeed return VOAC call. Which the email I received previously said we are investigating your case. What kind if investigating? She called and gave option for a caseworker on a case that was closed in Aug of 2023. We were told to be patient and that this takes time. We were beyond patient. VOAC told me we have 1 more option but you must cooperate. What investigating was done??? The case was closed. ************ is fraud and only wants people's money. The timeshares were canceled due to no payment. It was not due to the work from VOAC or any of their 3rd parties. ************ says they have helped so many..have they? They pass the files to 3rd parties. Then state they have helped? They then say they don't know what has happened due to attorney client privacy. This is so confusing to a person that is trying to get help. Once again I do respond to any action that I receive just like I have to this. Anyone that is needing assistance with a Timeshare you can do the exact same as this company did. I urge anyone to run from this company as well as anyone of their 3rd parties.

    I signed up with Vacation Owners Advocates & Consultants back in November 2022 after they said they would assist me in exiting my timeshare. They claimed the process would take 18-24 months. You would think that a company that claims they are advocates would actually advocate on your behalf. This is hardly the case. They had no problem taking my money and then turning over the legal work to a third party – ********* *****. Since day one I had to fight with ********* ***** to stay informed on what is going on with my case. Since November 2022, ********* ***** has written approximately 5 demand letters that have gone nowhere. The last letter was sent to the developer on September 8, 2022. They received a response on October 10, 2022 and never responded to information the developer was requesting. It has now been 6 months since ********* ***** has done anything with my case. How is this “advocating” on my behalf? In addition when I signed up with V.O.A.C they suggested that I sign up with a credit repair company that would assist in any negative marks on my credit report that might come about because of my case with the timeshare developer. This too was nothing but a bunch of false claims and broken promises made by V.O.A.C as the credit repair company never provided the services that were promised by V.OA.C. In short I am asking for a refund of all monies paid to V.O.A.C and ********* *****.
