      Sales *** ***** B set up an agreement for installer to come out to install rook coating. $1372 deposit paid, then there were delays due to weather and then efforts to contact the sales person or a any *** for Prosyneffex has been denied and no return contact. I asked for the return of the deposit via email and there is no response. Seems like I got scammed by Prosyneffex.

      Date of purchase: April 24, 2024 Amount paid to business: $641.13 Product purchased:CrysalShield Clear Roof Coating, 5 gallons. Estimted delivery date May 2nd 2024 Dispute nature: Business did not delivery product on time. I have called and emailed they mutlitple time with no call back or return email. When I do call I get a receptionist that says she cannot help and there is no one else I can talk to and request my information so that someone can call me back to assist. I give her my information and request someone call me back, haven't recieved any call back. The business has not tried to resolve this problem. Please assist me in getting this matter resolved. Thanks

      7/21/2023 I purchased 'Energy Protect Buildings Coating - 5 gallon' from Syneffex - order #*****. Purchase total was $1625.33 including shipping. I had spoken to ***************************** on the phone several times before making this purchase asking technical questions about the application process. ****** claims to be the 'science guy' who has nothing to do with the operations of the company. ***************************** is in fact the *** and CTO of Syneffex **** 7/27/2023 I called Syneffex to check on my order since I had not received any kind of shipping/ information. 7/28/2023 I received an email from **************** Representative Apple ******** stating: 'We received your phone call about your order and I sincerely apologize again about this delay. We are trying to contact our Fulfillment Team now to get your tracking number or an ETA. But because of the technical issues they are experiencing right now, there is a delay on their response. I will let you know once we receive any information from them."8/1/2023 I decided to cancel my order as I had no updates regarding shipping and waiting on the material was holding up the progress on my construction project. I emailed Apple ******** to please cancel my order and refund my credit card. 8/2/2023 Apple ******** wrote me back stating: 'I regret to know about your decision and will forward your request for cancellation of the order and refund to ****************.' I have not received a refund or any further communication. Both Syneffex phone numbers on their website do not work. I have sent several emails including emails to ***************************** with no response. I simply want a refund of my money.

      We placed an order in February 2023 for two gallons of insulating paint and the product was never shipped.Repeated emails to ************************* were answered with excuses of supply delays.The Payment was completed with Paypal to Synavax requests for answers were sent to ********************************

      I am a residential property owner who was interested in the LeadX product from Syneffex and contacted the company in July of 2022 about obtaining a sample. I spoke with *******************, "Enterprise Account Executive," about obtaining a sample and was told they can only sell it to me in a 5 gallon bucket, but he sent over product brochures and later in March of 2023 I decided to just move forward with purchasing it. While annoying I couldn't receive a sample, nothing seemed unusual.When I tried to purchase from the website, there was an issue so I reached out to them and *****************************, ******************** Advisor," said I could pay for the LeadX via wire transfer or check and they would have accounting issue an invoice. This should have raised a red flag. But ****** sent a prepaid *** label for the check and issued me a discounted price for shipping and they even assured me I'd receive the product during the first week of April when I had some time off to do the work. Great! Or so I thought. I received the invoice from ***** ******************************, "Accountant" and sent them my check for $559.37 on March 23, 2023.Since that time, I've sent follow up emails about not receiving my order on April 19th, April 23rd, June 7th, June 30th, July 25th, August 10th, September 6th, and October 22nd. I received lots of replies from Apple ********, ***************** Representative," stating that they'd follow up with shipping, there were issues with the ******************* etc. So finally on November 1st and again on November 10th I requested a refund and haven't heard anything since from them.Since I never heard back, I decided to call them. Every single email I received from them had a phone number listed and their phone number is clearly listed on their website: **************. They're available by phone 24/7 it says. I would encourage you to call this number. It's just a recording trying to sell you something. Once I called the number I realized this was a scam.

      On 9/26/23 I purchased a product from Syneffex.com called "Healthy House Paint, and paid for the product ($678.16) for 5 gallons. The order number was #*****. After Not receiving the product or any shipping for 14 days I contacted customer service via email and chat requesting an update. For 2 months now, via email communications, they keep telling me about delays. My last email response from the company was on 11/21 and I have not heard anything since. The customer service number ************) is a medical alert company, the parent ******* ************************** customer service number gets a fast busy signal. It appears this may be some type of scam or very unresponsive company. All I would like at this point is my money refunded since I never received the product. I have all the email communications, the invoices, and 1 online chat conversation as evidence. I attached in receipt and 1 set up email conversations (I have more).

      You purchase product with this company, they collect your money, and you are never able to talk to anyone that works for Synneffex. The toll number that you call for any complaints, is a third party agency. They are conducting a well ill orchestrated scam.

      Purchased products from company for $650 and have not received a response after 8 phone calls in the last 2 days alone. Multiple emails and social media contact. No response. Unable to obtain product or refund. At this point I would like my funds refunded due to the poor customer service, however, I now believe I have been scammed out of the money I paid for this product which I require for a basement project being completed due to my daughter having a high lead level. I believe this company is a scam.

      we paid this company $30038.00 for services and products never received. Now, no one will answer the phone or return a call or email.

      This customer  requested a specific custom color. Due to Force majeure factors beyond our control, we were not able to produce the specific color to the exact match within the time frame they desired. When informed of the delay they requested refund, which we agreed to as an act of good faith to a business we admire, despite the fact that we had already incurred costs related to their custom color order. Our attorney is currently negotiating an equitable resolution with them. See attached.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The company still has all of our money.  They FINALLY responded to our efforts to contact them after months of trying.  They sent a letter saying they will pay it back.  Once we receive all of our money, we will be satisfied with their efforts.  As of now, unfortunately, we aren't satisfied with their efforts to remedy the situation.  The situation being they have our money and need to return it.

      I had bought a product and canceled the request before shipment. I have asked for a refund of my money back since I didn't get the product and they have not issued my money back. It's been 2 month since, and they keep saying that they'll get it done, but nothing happens. I have attached the email receipts of our communication and the original purchase showing how much we paid and want back.

      Due to raw material supply chain issues in the chemical industry which significantly disrupted our business, we were not able to deliver his order on time. We are shipping his product to him for free next week now that we are back in production and including the payment for his refund with the shipment. We will provide you with copies of all documents verifying that this has occurred.
