    In addition to not filing our 2022 taxes by the IRS deadline, Mr. Rastello missed at least 4 self imposed deadlines when he committed to having our 2022 taxes finished. That, coupled with our inability to get in touch with him (no response after leaving a message, or voice mailbox full) has led us to lose confidence in his ability to complete our taxes. In addition to trying to reach him by phone on several occasions without success, our e-mails have had no response. We also have not been given a copy of the filing extension Mr. Rastello claimed to have filed, a document he is required by the IRS to provide us. We have terminated our relationship with Mr. Rastello and taken our business elsewhere. It's unacceptable to not be able to complete a relatively simple set of taxes 7 months into the following year. And it’s equally unacceptable to not be able to be reached. If he treats other clients like he has treated us I don't know how he is still in business.
