  I walked into this business expecting my first time there to be excellent customer service, what i receive was totally different. The rude customer service I received from their associate or staff member was horrendous and seemed to be a racist towards me due to me being a black man. I wasn't greeted nor spoken to as kindly as the other 3 people that walked in. He also told me I couldn't speak on the phone before I was served when someone was in front of me at the counter. I was done with my phone call before I was at the counter and still didn't receive the two items I came in for which would have cost me around $20. He stated to me that I could not talk on the phone and I was already off of the phone to give him my full undivided attention. Then he brought up what I talking about on the phone, and proceed to tell me that I can't buy products for someone else. I explained to him that all I wanted was to buy my friend a black in mild and before I could finish my sentence he rudely interrupted me and repeated himself. When he was done, I wanted to finish my sentence so I started to and then he repeated himself rudely again. At this point, I am getting upset at him due to the fact that I wanted to finish my sentence, buy the products I needed and have a great experience at a new place. He ruined my first time experience and created a inconvenience for me, not to mention disappointed a friend in the process. I am not sure what to think about that place to be honest. The manager emailed me back stating his employee was in the right about the way i was treated. I wanted a black n mild but he clearly thought i wanted a vape product. So he was misinformed and believed his employee over a customer that never wanted a vape product in the first place. This owner don't care about his business but the money aspect of everything.
