    Ordered new garage doors from the company, after waiting 8 months for the new doors and paying in full for them ,they installed the wrong doors. Since the new doors were installed they have blamed their supplier for sending the wrong doors and have consistently refused to do anything to remedy the situation.

    The error was from the manufacturer /distributor which ordered & sent the wrong panel design. We reached out to the manufacturer several times and aside from them saying they cannot do anything since the doors were already installed, we have not been able to obtain resolution.

    The doors were delivered packed to the home, and unpacked by the installers, whom did not know that it was an incorrect item.

    The homeowner let the installers into the garage, and then he entered his home not returning outside until after the install was completed. By his own admission, he did not look at the product being installed prior to installation.

    In addition, the homeowner did not contact us about the error for over a week after install.

    Due to a higher than anticipated cost for the doors, and lack of resolution from the distributor/manufacturer, we are unable to do a partial reimbursement or replacement of the doors.

    The installers should have checked the order and not started the installation. I was told to not be in the garage during installation. Original doors and frames would not be able to be reinstalled if I would have noticed wrong doors and I would be without any garage doors for whatever time this would take to be resolved and I informed the company in person within 2 days of wrong doors being installed.I strongly resent this company trying to blame me in any way for their errors in not checking the order and allowing contracted installers to install these doors without any company reps on site to check the order against the actual doors.
