    ****** to hire owner, ******* ****** with Watertite Gutters for a total cost of $1,850 to install a "Super Gutter" as he called it, on my home. He had been recommended so when he said he needed half down, I went ahead and paid him $925 with a check. He showed up with a part and his girlfriend on 10-31-24 and within a few minutes said he couldn't do it since it wouldn't fit. He said he would get me a refund but he needed 2 weeks to do so. He performed a very small adjustment to another section and said he would deduct $200 from what he owed me for that, which was rather pricey, but I agreed. This man owes me $725 and refuses to answer his phone and when messages are left once with his girlfriend and at least once on his recorder, he does not call back. In fact I have not heard back from him or received any refund at all since that day (Oct 31, 2024). I am not going to simply let this go and so far have not sought legal help or filed with the Police altho' I am strongly considering it. People like this should not by allowed to get aware with cheating others. By the way, I am a widow of nearly 81 years old. Sure hope you can help me. Thank you. ~ ******* *******, property owner

    Hello.  I just rec'd your latest update advising that the owner of WATERTITE GUTTERS, ******* ******, has not responded to your communications to him.  I need to be sure that you did receive my correction regarding his name.  Originally, I had put it as ******* ******, however it was pointed out to me that his Invoice, poor as it was written, actually was ****** and NOT ******, as I originally read it.  Since he had printed it at the top of the Invoice and it was somewhat faint, it was an easy mistake for me to misinterpret the spelling.  Thank you for understanding.

    Hello and thank you for your latest update.  Letting you know that I have never received any return phone calls or other contact from this man, ******* ******.  Many contacts have been attempted via phone and texts, with no responses at all.  A friend checked the address on their phone and it is a house in the ***************** area of Cocoa, a family neighborhood, not a business type location.  To state it as it is, this address is a very unkempt and neglected type of property, certainly compared to his neighbors.   I, personally, would not consider approaching his door as I would not feel safe.  Just giving you my opinion in order to assist as much as I can at my age and health condition, which is to say, I would not risk going to this home without Police protection !
