  Horrible experience. Paid a bunch of money and was told the smoke from the grill would exit the patio. Unfortunately, the grill smokes us out. I told them and they told me to find a company to install a vent. I also had to tell them to give me the grill cover and they told me they only give it in replace of positive feedback. I showed them it was part of the contract to get the covers and I received them. So here is the bad feedback.
  
  He used the "retired veteran" line that won me over, as my father is one. Apparently, they are known to raid the village elder folks.

  Greetings Mr. ******. I honestly had to read this review twice to make sure it was real. I also had to pull up your kitchen design to remember just who you were. You purchased your kitchen almost 18 months ago. Now that I recall who you are. You loved your kitchen so much That you recommended us to your neighbor, who also purchased a kitchen. We haven't heard from you since your kitchen was installed. I don't know what has happened between now and more than a year ago, but I think you're inflammatory and just awful review is definitely inappropriate. As far as a hood vent goes, from the very beginning of this company, we have always been up front about us not doing hood vents. Now that being said, during the last year or so we have been able to find someone that meets our quality of standards that has more experience in this area than we had. Now, we sometimes recommend and use this person. You might have known this if you would have just called at an appropriate time tomorrow and asked if we knew anyone that can do a hood vent instead of blowing up social media a year and a half later with a complaint. You've literally had your kitchen for more than a year. Really! As far as using the grill covers for a review, that was a joke! It's always been a running joke. We say that to everyone jokingly and everyone including you, laugh when we say it. My wife, who is part owner of this company, served honorably in our United states Air Force. So, show some respect.
  I understand that you are upset, now almost a year and a half later, but I take offense to the name calling and outright rude remarks. My wife, my nephew, and I started this company from nothing. We strive every day to be the best at what we do. We build amazing kitchens. Nearly 500 families have entrusted us to bring their outdoor kitchen dreams into reality. We have definitely bumped our heads along the way over the last few years.
  But if we have an issue or make a mistake, we make it right every time. So, it saddens me that you feel it's ok 18 months later in the middle of the night to throw internet bombs our way.
  Maybe we can fix this issue like adults.

  Donald, Sean and Brian were all fantastic, super nice guys, they really listen to your wants and came up with a great design for us and we love our kitchen! Couldn't be happier with the product or the service! Would highly recommend them if you are looking to have a beautiful and great quality out door kitchen!
