The staff at Alron Construction LLC were excellent on all levels. The service and attention to detail exceeded all expectations. My built project was completed in a timely manner and within the agreed budget. The craftsmanship was outstanding. I was told with 5 people in room that Alron never lost a case against roof installation? Im still waiting after two years for reimbursement of charges equalling 28k. Keep being told that government thru FIGA is very tied up and behind therefore my complaint is on pause again? My insurance Co St **** went insolvent therefore how and when will I be reimbursed? They have apparently charged FIGA $66k for new roof? But I have not seen a *****. I hope they plan on paying me interest as well? How can this be, waiting two years to be on schedule for review? Four houses that surround me all had to get new roofs from storm? I am positioned directly across street and on both sides of me? Photo were given to Alron to send in, then? Was told oh dear I found your file in another file, will have atty resend in for review but nothing???? How to get reimbursed, single income and believed I would get repaid not to worry? Im not going to give up until reimbursed fully!!! Anyone else problems like this? Very frustrated!Alron Construction LLC Roofing & General Contractor

We do apologize in the delay this is taking to get resolved. Your initial claim was with St *****. However, with them going insolvent any claims that were being processed were transferred to FIGA. FIGA is a state program. We don't have any control over their process. When St ***** went insolvent so did at least six other companies whose claims were also transferred to FIGA. We will uphold our agreement once a decision has been made on the claim. This decision does lie with FIGA on if they will cover the damages. We understand this can be a very frustrating time and will let you know once a final decision has been made on the claim.Review fromMedhat M

They charged me for 54k while the real price for any other contractor is maximum 15k for change roofing and other reneovation would not exceeds 3k

The funds for this project were used for much more than a re-roof, as the customer is well aware of. It also includes a new patio roof, detach & reset of 25 photovoltaic panels, interior repairs, and a substantial stucco/wall repair. Since the stucco/wall issue was only found in our original attempt to replace the patio roof, we fought for over 2 years with 2 different insurance companies to get this homeowner approved for additional repairs. Once approved and all work was complete, the homeowner did not want to honor their obligation to pay their insurance deductible. It is unfortunate to hear that a customer so well served is unhappy with what we were able to accomplish with their claim.
