      he was always available before getting paid but wouldn't take my calls when i needed a certification for my home owners insurance. my agent sent him the form and he didn't reply and started ghosting her as well. he overcharged me for the roof he did according to other estimates of costs i looked at. but when i told him that he said, yes but we'll be married for as long as the roof lasts. the marriage didn't last very long when i needed something from him.

      We had a roof put on last year. Contractor never got any inspections and now our permit has expired. My next step is to get an owner builder permit and hire an engineer to say our roof is safe. I have been calling the contractor for 4 months. He tells me everything has been completed.

      This person, we signed a contract with, for a new roof. He fell to get back in touch with us, and every time we called him he said I'll just get in touch with you. He never got back in touch. I called him and asked him for an explanation, because that we had signed a contract with him, and his reply was let me just make this easy for you and I'll just pull the contract. ************* business. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend this person to anyone

      Oh it's my right not to do work for people who are unpleasant and do not know how to talk to people so don't get mad if I don't want to work for you
