      I made a reservation for a 10x5 unit had a price and reservation email in hand when I arrived spoke to the person behind the counter saying I had a reservation then he said he had no units available and started with the up-sell, I just walked out.
      Two hours later I was called by a person with the of name Ty, on the phone she said they did have a unit in that size and since I was near by I went back to look at the unit and decided to take it only if the price matched my reservation price, she said she deleted my reservation, she then tried to look up that reservation I thought but she was actually starting the application for a higher price, this is when I realized she was trying to rip me off, I walked out she was rather insulting and became rude and disrespectful I rented a unit elsewhere for a lower price and a free month.
