      Wednesday FEB 28 I asked Friday FEB 1 of the same week for the tracking number no response I HAVE CALL COUNTLESS OF TIMES I emailed them Saturday MAR 2 Too basically to cancel the order because I have received no tracking number or response I tried calling again today I was sent to voice mail

      Maxsell Corp has been in business for 37 years and we take great pride in our customer service and fast shipping times. 
      The customer was requesting a refund on Saturday, we are closed as clearly stated on our website.
      On Monday March 4th we refunded the customer at his request, which is the same day he filed the complaint and also a chargeback with ***** Once we received the chargeback notification on March 6th, we called to talked to the customer. Unfortunately, the customer was unwilling to work out a resolution, as he was yelling and constantly interrupting when I was trying to discuss the situation.

      The desired outcome/settlement was granted on March 4th. I have attached a receipt for proof of refund, if you need more information from us, please let us know. Thank you
