    HI,

    It's been more than a week, and no update here from BBB (which I know was a possibility), and also no update (response) on the emails I had sent (before contacting BBB).

    What can we do?

    I mean , we paid more than 2,500$, I would certainly appreciate if they could deliver a product with all parts.

    The parts we are missing are not on Amazon . But I can find them on ****** from retailers in Europe. For example,

    These guys ship outside of Europe: the cost of the set above is ***** EUR. But shipping to US removes the *** (tax), yet shipping costs are higher, so the total is around 50EUR (see screen shot)

    (I didn't check which cabinet thickness I needed to order, I checked that all 3 were in stock and at same price, but not sure if the one I need is 25mm).

    I would like this to be refunded (with decent exch rate to USD) so that I can do something myself.

    But I find the lack of customer service, response, followup throughout the whole process to be quite concerning . Never again from this company and I certainly hope they can get a bad rating.

     

    gether, we noticed a missing part. So, that same day, 09/01, we contacted GameTables4Less, since they are who we bought it from. They didn't respond. I reached out again on 09/05, using the email chain containing our order number (in the subject) and all our inquiries about the delivery. Someone responded asking where we had bought our table from and to contact them. Funny. I immediately responded, again, that it was from them, as they could see. The person responded asking what part it was. I responded that this was already in what had been sent on 09/01, and sent again the information.No response so followed on 09/11 and 09/13. No response at all from them. We don't know if they have ordered the piece and it's on its way to us, or if they will just ignore us.This piece isn't available in the US but can be ordered from dealers in Europe. So we could buy it, and ship it here. But we already paid a lot for, the brand new table should have all pieces. And 0 communication/followup
