    I am writing to formally dispute inaccurate information on my credit report. After reviewing my report, I found accounts that do not belong to me. I believe I am a victim of identity theft and have already filed a complaint with IdentityTheft.gov.The following account was fraudulently opened under my name:Creditor Name: APPLE CARD/GS BANK *** Opened Date: 29/08/2021 Account Number: **************** Balance: $22,678.00 I did not authorize this account, and it does not belong to me. Please investigate this matter and remove the inaccurate information from my credit report as soon as possible.I kindly request that you complete your investigation and send me written confirmation once the disputed account has been removed. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

    I paid my account on ******* off of my card that was compromised on the 3. My bank cancelled anything associated with this card. I have never missed a payment or anything associated with this business. However Apple would like to hold my money instead of putting towards my payment. They want to hold my money for **** days. When I spoke to a manager she said she couldnt do anything her name is ******* no last name or ID#. Informed her that wasnt satisfactory and she wouldnt allow me speak to someone else higher than her. I am filling this complaint because her actions was very unprofessional and she said its there policy. I never heard of this or say anything of that matter
