    I used this website during their trial period and was only supposed to be charged $0.95. I canceled the service within the timeframe stated on their website, but I never received a confirmationsomething beyond my control. Despite this, they have continued to charge me $29.95 per month for the past three months. I have made multiple attempts to contact them without success. These charges are fraudulent, and I am requesting a full refund.

    I am rejecting this response because: I was charged for 3 months of the service in which I did cancel during the trial period. The business has only provided a refund for one month stating the following: the bank will not allow the refund. I am requesting a refund for the other 2 charges.

    This company is a fraud. It allows you to convert you pdf but when it's time to convert the pdf it starts glitching. Tried calling and was left on the line for hours and no-ever picked up. SCAM!!! They are hoping people will say oh it's just .95 and go on their way but not today!

    I did the free trial of MergedPDF and then tried to cancel and they could not reset my password and it took me three calls waiting for 20 minutes on the phone to reach a representative to cancel the service. I believe they make it intentionally challenging to cancel the service.
