They are sending me constant emails. I have said I am not interested. I have moved it to spam and somehow they just keep emailing me. I have asked so many times and they just keep emailing from different email addresses but the bottom of the email shows the same company and address. I am going to contact an attorney and file harassment charges if this doesnt stop. You are causing emotional distress. I am taking care of extremely ill family members and get emails regarding their care and you blow up my email with spam. STOP!!!Initial Complaint

I received two emails dated Thu, May 1 at 22:18, and again Fri, May 2, at 08:04. Both emails state they could not renew my Cloud storage, that my Cloud subscription payment failed and that I need to update my billing. I searched the email header address and found out:a) Email dated Thu, May 1 at 22:18. User name ending in ************ apparently does not exist. A 404 web error appeared. Also, at the bottom of the email shows Municipal Engineering Technology located at ************************************************************ is a single-family residence.b) Email dated Fri, May 2, at 08:04. User name ending in ************ apparently is a Healthcare and ************** Software Solution. The business using the name Total Add Block has on 2 occasions changed me for a service that I didnt sign up for. The most recent charge was for $155.00 on April 25, 2025. I originallypurchased a subscription for TotalPassword (Total Security Limited)in November 2023 at ***** CAD to manage my passwords (INVOICE: INV52586120).Theservice automatically renewed a year later on November2 2024 for 119 CAD (Invoice number INV75313853) without any notice. I no longer wanted their service, so I contacted customer support immediately by email and deleted my account on November ********. I asked for a refund. I received no answer and no ********* make matters worse, I was charged 99 CAD on December 3rd 2024 for services I never even signed up for! (Invoice number INV77768808).The company's customer support is non-existent and I have been unableto confirm that they have cancelled my subscription, despite deleting my account. I have repeatedly contacted their billing department by email and they do not respond. I have been unable to find a customer support phone number. I have filed a dispute through my credit card company, but I believe that this is a predatory company. The company lacks transparency in their pricing and they have made it incredibly difficult to obtain customer support to cancel any subscription.
