    the transaction I made over the phone and I gave ************************************* the credit card on 07/29/23, the amount was 28 thounsent dollars and the credit cars they are charge me 400 hundred dollar amount only interesting. **********************************, he told me that I will graduate from the school and pass the Nursing exam but he never give me any classes and he doesn't want to return the money please help me. please I need he returned this money since this problem I have been under medical treatment because the credit card they want the money back please help me ********************************* only he give me two books to study I paid for everything finger print and to review the practices exam but not class from him how I will graduate.

    I am writing to formally address a complaint regarding Complaint # ********, which involves the services provided to the student *********************************.

    At Academus University we highly value customer satisfaction and are committed to providing high-quality services. We are concerned about the complaint and wish to address this matter in a fair and transparent manner.

    We have thoroughly reviewed the transaction records and can confirm that all agreed-upon conditions were met. Furthermore, we have solid evidence that the customer received the services for Test taking strategies for different exams, licenses according to their degree Ex: Medicine, Nursing and Technicians. We also assist them and teach about evaluation and equivalence of their degree in the ****

    The student was on online training and also presential training, she received books for test taking strategies and Uworld Q-bank NCLEX-Rn exam, and the presential training was in ***** and she flight from ***********, ********** to *****, **, and another part of the training was in ***********, **********. She also paid for inscription on the ************* of nursing with her credit card and she just has pending complete the fingerprint requirement. Also she paid to ******* Vue in order to complete her test.

    We have attached relevant documentation that supports our claim to this letter.
