    I signed up for this service with the understanding a refund would be submitted upon certain terms. What the business promises for a fee was not upheld. I purchased the program and receive no correspondence as promised from the business. I reached out to cancel within the timeframe and did not get a response from them until after that, and was told that I now have been issued a refund in the form of a credit to buy another subscription to their service. This was not stated, and the refund policy issued prior to, nor was stated on the refund policy when I selected issue refund. This company is taking money from people, not keeping their word for what the business promises to do and then keeps peoples money knowing that theyre not offering the service thats being paid for. I was taking advantage of. Im still being taken advantage of as an over $100 has been taken from me and no service has been provided.

    In accordance with our Cancellation Policy, cancellation with a cash refund is only for users who have requested it within 7 days and who have not made use of our services. Since the refund was requested after 7 days, it would not fit the parameters of our cash-back cancellation policy. However, we understand your concerns and always aim to provide the best experience possible for all our users.
