    I had an appointment with Dr. ******************** on January 27th, 2023. He saw me but did not send my prescriptions to my pharmacy. I have been trying to contact his clinic via phone to no avail. I had a second appointment with Dr. ******************** on January 30th, 2023 wherein I reminded him to send my medications and he acknowledged his mistake but still failed to send my medications. I subsequently sent an email to the business asking for a resolution and received a response stating that "the doctor is behind in sending medications". I have been off my medications for five days now. I want a reimbursement for the visit I had on January 27th, 2023 and will be seeking legal recourse for the damages I have incurred in the past five days and to ensure ******************** does not do what he is doing to me to another patient.
