    My husband called this hotel last night to help a friend with a booking change and the manager on duty who refused to give his name completely went off the deep end he continued to cuss out my husband and called him some crazy Russian and to go back to his country( mind you my husband was originally from ********** and is now a ** citizen and our friend he was assisting is from *******. After yelling at them he hung up. I tried calling to speak to the owner or main Manager and only to speak with the same crude person who proceeded to yell at me and told me never to call again. This business needs to have a major code of ethics training and the manager really should not be in a service position if that is how he treats customers.
