    I purchased alot from this company for years. The customer service never responded to me and was so rude! They only want you to buy but when you have a return they will not answer you via whatsapp or email. I had to keep asking over and over again. They fraudulently and unilaterally without any written notice to me changed their "return policy" on a whim. I returned something gin July 2023 and they take forever to even issue a refund you have to keep asking and following up about it. I then tried to make a purchase in the fall October 2023 and they said they cancelled my order. I was not notified or anything. Again, a lack of customer service. When I inquired, they said they cancelled my order without notifying me because I used a store credit. That is still my money and they would not accept it alleging they had changed their mind and now all of a sudden you can only use store credits on fully priced items. I have never heard of any retail store having that type of "policy." It was a lie and I looked it up on their site at the time they had no disclosures on this in their already very limited short return policy. This company is a scam and the BBB should look into them. They only want peoples money and they will do anything to not help with a return and keep our money as a customer.

    I placed an order through this store's website on May 7th. According to the information shown on the website, the product was pre-order and would be available in 3-7 days. After two weeks waiting, I contacted the seller, she said that they had been delayed and that the following Monday my order would be leaving. A whole week went by and I didn't get any update on it, so I contacted the seller again, this time her response was that the order would go out the next day. 2 days later I received the product shipping update, on June 7 to be exact. Yesterday, a week later, I contacted them again, since according to the tracking number, **** has not yet received the product. On this occasion I requested the cancellation of my order. It's been over a month now and I don't want to wait any longer. The seller refuses to cancel my order claiming that the product has already been shipped, when clearly according to the shipping information this is not the case. I don't want more options or more apologies. I want my money back and never have this kind of experience with their so-called "serious business" again.
