      I have been a customer of Art Plumbing for many years, and they have installed and repaired several items such as ACs, Water Heater, and bathroom toilet and valves, in three different homes. Every technician is foremost pleasant and knowledgeable; qualities that are so rare these days. Even with very difficult repairs that included our septic system, Art Plumbing got the job done as promised. I definitely recommend Art Plumbing for any plumbing need.

      Ngan Tran did a great job. He had to put a whole new coil in our air conditioner. The system is not even a year old When installed, somehow there was a pin hole in the coils letting Freon out. They came back n and replaced the whole system. Thank you Ngan for a job done well I would recommend Ngan Tran for anyone who needs a new air conditioner.

      If there was a no star option I would definitely give that. First, when installing my new AC they damaged my home ceiling was cracked in multiple places and in my bedroom one of the installers fell through the ceiling. This was not even looked at for months and when they actually came to repair it they just patched the holes and cracks with putty not matching color or texture. Secondly the west side of my house is a good 5-8 degrees hotter than the rest of the house this issue has not even been looked at. Now for the main issue, they installed a potentially hazardous AC in an enclosed area that can cause a build of carbon monoxide and the unit didn't pass inspection. Now all of these issues have yet to be taken care of and I am forced to call customer service weekly and to which I am always assured of a call back by the manager who are in meetings at the time. I have called all different days and times and get the same response and also don't receive a call back as promised by said managers. I have been very patient and have been paying off my expensive burden but the communication and quality of service is some of the worst I have ever dealt with. You would think going with a big company like ********** for this service these issues wouldn't occur. I am still hoping for a solution even though its been over 6 months now.

      I am extremely disappointed with the warranty service provided by Art Plumbing and Air ************************* 2023, I had a brand new 5-ton HVAC system installed in my home by this company. As of today, the system is completely non-functional. I immediately called their customer service line and spoke with a representative named *****. She confirmed that the unit is under warranty but informed me that no technician is available for the next four days.I live in *************, where daytime temperatures reach 91F. Being without air conditioning for four days in these conditions is not only uncomfortableits potentially unsafe.Whats most concerning is that this delay appears to be linked to the fact that its a warranty (non-revenue) service call. I strongly believe that if I were paying for service out of pocket, a technician would have been dispatched immediately. This gives the impression that they are deprioritizing warranty obligations in favor of paid work.I am now forced to seek help from another provider and incur additional expenses just to get the system running againdespite having a valid warranty.I chose this company based on its reputation, but this experience has seriously undermined my trust in their service. I am requesting that Art Plumbing and Air Conditioning honor their warranty in a timely manner and ensure that customers are not penalized or ignored simply because they are not paying out of pocket.
